Adrian Cummins & Associates provide this service to determine the location of the title boundaries relative to existing fencing and adjoining property structures and buildings. Survey may be required for a new/replacement fence, building setbacks, fence disputes with neighbours or verification prior to buying or selling a property.
Before any design of a new development can take place, a topographical survey needs to be carried out. From single house to commercial or industrial to large residential development sites we can produce complete and accurate topographical models and plans. This type of survey will be used by architects for project design and development and required by council for town planning and building applications. This survey is usually done in conjunction with a Title Re-establishment survey.
Adrian Cummins & Associates generally request a Title Re-establishment survey be performed prior to commencement of any works so that the relationship between building and title boundaries are identified. Based on design specifications, gridlines and/or building corners for residential or commercial buildings or extensions can be marked on site. We also provide as built surveys and can set finish floor and flood levels.
